DOGS
I wish to thank the Committee for inviting me to judge their Open Show at the beautiful and very scenic location in Alva. I would also like to thank Agnes and George for the warm welcome extended to me and my wife Anne on the day. Also I would like to thank my very capable ring steward John for all his assistance on the day. I hope everyone enjoyed the day as much as we did and thank you all for attending.

My main winners on the day were of excellent quality but unfortunately in some classes there were some exhibits whose movement could have been better, there were some with round eyes. Temperament in general was good; mouths were good with the exception of a couple.

. 7 year old, well balanced dog of excellent breed type with good broad head, medium size with very good angulation front and rear, good spring of rib, good deep chest, nice tight feet, hind angulation broad and strong moving soundly and carried his topline very well on the move.
