Kelso 2011 Obedience

Judge Mac Macintyre and Carol Calder with Jet, overall winner of the Obedience Trophy
I was lucky to be asked to judge an Obedience Fun Day at Kelso for the Scottish Bernese Mountain Dog Club on the 7th August 2011. The day started 10am when I met the ring steward Caroline. I would like to thank her for all she did on the day to make sure all went well despite the weather. It was very wet. We found a nice big tree for us to shelter under with a hot cup of tea.
All the dogs I saw on the day were lovely and a joy to watch doing the course. I am just sorry that I did not get to know all the dogs and owners names, but I am sure you all remember your numbers.
The results of each class were.

The overall Trophy was presented to No. 55 Jet a young BMD. I chose Jet for his keenness and fun attitude to the day.
I would like to finish by saying thank you to the committee and all that were there on a very wet day for making the day so enjoyable. The hospitality I will say was second to none.
Thanks to you all.
